When Can We Cancel Your Order?

We are here to serve you and make things easier for you at all times, but sometimes we may need to cancel your order from our side. This document ensures that we can do so in some cases, including but not limited to:

2. We discover errors in the description and pricing of the product.

3. We find errors in your order.

4. We suspect fraud, illegal transactions, or unauthorized activity.

When Can You Cancel Your Order?

You can return any product or service purchased from our store "only" according to these terms and conditions and our return policy, which we encourage you to review to ensure your rights, as it is part of these terms and conditions.

You have the full right to cancel your order and return the product if it is delivered in the condition you received it, including product instructions, documents, and the packaging box. However, damaged products or those that have been used after opening the package and are not in the same condition cannot be returned.

We, in turn, will compensate you for the returned product within a maximum of 14 days from the day we receive it. We will use the same payment method for the refund, and this process will not cost you anything or incur any fees.

You will not have the right to return any of the following goods:

1. Goods that are used personally.

2. Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return due to limited shelf life.

3. Goods that are mixed with other items after delivery by their nature.
